Still like the app and Im happy that it works now. However, EVERYTHING, all my info/my hours/previous schedule are gone!!! Not happy about that

I just paid to upgrade from the free version (my hours) and the app is already crashing. I was able to transfer my data but when I click to edit a shift end time it crashes! Please fix!!!!!

My job has a number of different pay structures that this app makes my life much easier. The only thing I would like to see is a bi monthly option for the calendar.

Was previously a very useful operating app. Now updated its useless, no info stays after its input.

This app meets all of my time tracking needs. I have several clients and different accounts for each client. Works well. Helps me bill more accurately.

Crashes when trying to add off day labels. Wont answer emails or address the problem. Find another app. No support here.

Its was great app...before the update. Perfect for tracking hours and pay rate for multiple jobs. Can deduct unpaid breaks, can export to calendar, etc. Downfall: trying to adjust weeks out crashes the app. Please fix this. If youre not too concerned with adjusting the schedule view for future shifts, then you wont have issues with the most recent update.

After the 9.0 update all my jobs/places were erased. This is really not good. Im not sure if they can be restored. The fact that this is a payed app makes it disappointing that the support is lacking. If the support was there, this app has great potential. I havent found a job app that tracks it as well as this one does.

Im really hoping that this gets updated. Its the best shift app available! Enter your shift start and end times once, then itll be in a list to select again for near instant shift entry. Your shifts can be compiled to the iOS calendar, so your friends and family can see too. My girlfriend and I use it to share calendars all the time! Enter your rate of pay at your jobs, break and overtime rules and it will tell you what your gross pay will be every week, pay period, month, etc. However you want it. I always know how much my paycheques will be. I work two jobs, and my hours keeps track of them both seamlessly. I just want to see more updates to keep it current. Theres really no better option in the App Store, but the others look fancier, thats all.

Program crashes since iOS 8 installed. Update required? Kindly advise. Ive used this program for years and hope my info is still intact. Look forward in hearing from you. I had another program this would happen every time an update came. App gone! If it does it once, it will do it again! Not impressed. Not at all!!!

My hours keep disappearing for no apparent reason after I make an entry! I have my iCloud back up turned on but it makes no difference. Extremely frustrating for a paid app!!!!

This app is efficient at organizing your schedule with multiple jobs or pay rates. The downfall is support. You cant adjust the weeks out function. It crashes every time you try and change it from 6 weeks. Ive sent in multiple support messages over a period of 5+ months and have yet to receive a response or have the problem fixed. Overall. Well designed but horribly maintained/supported making the app a waste of time.

Please fix this app. Keeps crashing.

It worked great when I first got it but lately has been losing all my entires. It erased an entire month of shifts on my this morning when I went to check it.

Its an awesome app and I use it everyday, the only downfall is that It is web based and I have lost my hours couple times. Except that, its awesome

Well it keeps erasing my schedules randomly but otherwise its a great app. Im not sure when it started doing the random erasing which is super frustrating since I paid for the app but before that Ive had no problems.

No complaints here.

Use it all the time. Recommend it to all our new team members.
